      Dear

you can NAT your VIP with public ip and use it externally. however, please note if your virtual server is SSL with IP it wont work and if you want to use port like 8083 you need to mention that while creating virtual server.
for SSL error you can bypass by creating local DNS in users machines and if your certificate is internal. Install root cert on their machines.

      Thanks,
      Siva

    Hi Siva,

Thanks so much for your post. Very helpful to me.
I get this error “JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 229 of the JSON data” whenever I go to connect to my AD using the LDAP Authentication.

“JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 229 of the JSON data”

    Thanks

      Dear

follow below article and try with command, some times you might get errors because of browsers or cookies.

if you are getting errors with command also, better upgrade firmware, as netscaler firmwares most of the times will have lots of bugs.

      Thanks

      Dear

I assume that you are asking about vmware resource pool. you can add the netscaler VM on a resource pool in vcenter no issues.

      Thanks,
      siva
